“Think Small First” (A Small Business Act for Europe, European Commission, June 2008)

The EU and Member States should create an environment within which entrepreneurs and family businesses can thrive and entrepreneurship is rewarded. They need to care for future entrepreneurs better, in particular by fostering entrepreneurial interest and talent, particularly among young people and women, and by simplifying the conditions for business transfers.

Already is, since 1998, an “EUROPEAN GOOD PRACTICE”, recognised as first operational tool for Business Transfer Governance.
It is included within the official European Commission brochure, translated in 11 languages, containing the best initiatives on the issue.

It has been chosen from NHO, Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises, as selected tool to be available on its official web portal and reserved for its Associates.

It has been pointed out as outstanding operational tool in Europe within a research on Business Transfer led from the University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum (Graz).
